Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via skezstudio.com.
The seller is: Ignat Sedelmeier (Skez Studio), Germany.
2. Contract formation
By listing products in our online store, we invite you to place an order. The contract is concluded when you complete the order through the Shopify checkout process and submit the order (“Place order” / equivalent). You will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Products and fulfilment (print-on-demand)
Our products are made to order (print-on-demand). Minor color variations may occur due to different screen settings and the printing process. Product images are for illustration purposes.
4. Prices, taxes, and shipping costs
All prices displayed in the store are final prices including applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery destination.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Shipping and delivery times
Production time: usually 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: usually 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
6. Payments
Payments can be made using the payment methods shown at checkout, including Shopify Payments (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay and others) and PayPal. Payment processing is handled securely by the respective payment providers.
7. Right of withdrawal / returns
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (see “Withdrawal Policy” and Withdrawal Form below).

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, incorrect item, or production error.
8. Exclusion of withdrawal for personalized goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., customized with a name and/or date), to the extent permitted by law.
9. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (quality issues)
If a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us and include clear photos of:

the packaging, and

the shipping label (if available).
If the claim is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Please report issues as soon as possible after delivery (recommended: within 7 days) to ensure fast resolution.
10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, and where mandatory liability applies (e.g., under product liability law). In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract, to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for minor, technically unavoidable printing deviations that do not materially affect the usability or overall appearance of the product.
12. Governing law
All contracts are subject to German law excluding the CISG. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
